Deleting your account
To delete your account please follow the steps outlined
- In the Teezr mobile app, go to 'Profile' in the menu bar
- Go to the 'Settings' icon in the top right corner
- Select 'Delete account' and confirm deletion
All data will be deleted immediately and is not retrievable.
Data deletion requests
To request some or all of your data be deleted, without deleting your account please follow the steps outlined
- Email support@teezr.com.au from the email address linked to your Teezr account
- List the data that you wish to be deleted
- If this is possible without deleting your account, you will receive a confirmation email once the data has been deleted, within 7 days.
